Held in the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg at the beginning of December, the 2nd DG-GT Academy included a networking dinner, tour of Heidelberg and a visit to the local Christmas markets.
This 2024 Academy topic was:
Virotherapy and Oncolytic Viruses
The Academy was open to PhD students, MD/PhD students, and MD students with experimental project or early postdocs, whose project was related to the topic. Experts were present throughout the workshop to give lectures on their own work and share their expertise.
